Yoga is a Sanskrit word that translates as “union”, or “to yoke.” At Yoga Leaf we encourage you, through this ancient practice, to unite your mind, body, and spirit while also uniting into a supportive community. We want you to live your most inspired and connected life, on and off the mat.
